Fear is a natural attitude that every human has. Anyone who has experienced feelings of fear in emotions. Whether it's for whatever reason What is certain is that fear is always owned by every human being.
Fear is divided into 2 namely positive fear and negative fear. Positive fear, for example, is fear of sinning, being afraid of not being able to pass an exam, or being afraid of life being afraid. While the negative fear for example is not being able to swim for fear of jumping into the air.
Positive fear must certainly be maintained properly because this fear is a motivation that can make yourself better. While the negative fear must be defeated and removed far from the heart sent not to handle self-development.
If you want to progress in living this life, then you must be able to distinguish between these two fears. You should be able to maintain positive fear and overcome negative fear so that you will always grow better.
If you have a negative fear and always don't want to defeat it, then you will become a coward. Therefore you must learn and practice to overcome this fear so that it does not become an obstacle to your own progress.
The best way to overcome a negative fear in yourself is to take an action or action from that fear. If it turns out you are capable then that means you have been able to overcome the fear that has long lived in yourself.
For example if you can't swim for fear of jumping into the water and then sinking, then you will become a coward if you continue to be behind that fear and don't do anything like jumping into the water.
But the results will be different if you force yourself to try to splash into the water. Instantly the fear will disappear and you will definitely have a better feeling than before. Fear will disappear if we dare to take action to overcome that fear.
Another example is fear when you face your boss at work when you do something wrong. Maybe you will feel anxious, restless, afraid and anxious. To overcome these feelings, you only need to take action to be responsible.
Do not be afraid of what you have done. You don't need to be afraid if Boss gets angry when you do something wrong. Calm yourself and just face what will happen. Apologizing and being willing to take responsibility for what happened will make you better and more comfortable.
